What data we collect

When you submit the form on our Contact page, your browser opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat with that information. The form does not send data to, or store it on, our website or servers; it only builds a WhatsApp link. |

Why we collect it
We use contact details you send us solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project. We use analytics data (only with consent) to understand site usage and improve content and performance. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond these.
Where it's stored
Contact form submissions are not stored on our servers; they go straight to WhatsApp on your device. Client project details shared afterwards (e.g. by email or WhatsApp) are kept in our team's authenticated tools (email, WhatsApp, project/file-sharing tools), protected with multi-factor authentication where supported. Analytics data (if you consent) is processed and stored by Google Analytics under Google's data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client communication is kept for as long as needed to deliver the project and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and legal/accounting purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Consent Mode: analytics cookies are off by default and only activate if you choose "Accept All" on the cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the link in the footer of any page.
Your rights (GDPR / applicable law)
If applicable law gives you these rights, you may ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or hand over a copy of it. To make this request, email info@mediatortown.in with "Data Request" in the subject line. We aim to respond and complete verified requests within 30 days.
Freelancers and subprocessors
Our team includes independent freelancers who may access client information strictly to do their assigned work, under confidentiality and data protection commitments with us, and only with the access they need.
Who this applies to
We serve clients globally from Kolkata, India. This policy applies to all visitors regardless of location; if you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, the rights above apply specifically under GDPR / UK GDPR.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
